It's not about the deportation, it's the ruling on the charges against him.

Good god some of you are so god damn dumb. Her pardon doesn’t prevent the Illegal Immigrant from being deported. Just like Tim Walz pardon didn’t prevent deportation. Pardons for these low IQ Illegal Immigrants actually put a target on their back for our Federal Government who actually sets Immigration policy to swoop in and deport the illegal just like what happened in Minnesota several months ago. Kathy Hochul doesn’t set immigration policies.
