Yes. These are Revolutionary actions. This is a brand new era of the US Govt. This phase will culminate in the dissolution of the USA within 200 years.

I know that I base my Constitutional analysis upon the opinions of a guy with only an undergraduate liberal arts degree from a third-tier university.

I don't normally post on the poli board, but I read it often. Had to log in for this one.

For someone who passes themselves off as some sort of intellectual type, this post is pathetic. You are blinded to reason by political bias. I cannot believe people would actually pay you money to make arguments on their behalf. A fool and his money, I suppose.

Appeal to authority. Tom Fitton has been kicking arse for a long time now. Where he graduated is irrelevant. As you well know.

Then there's the likelihood that the Radical Leftist faculties at the so-called-elite colleges would have tarred-and-feathered Tom Fitton had he attended them.

What a pompous, arrogant post. Really sad.

200?

Try 20 to 70 at the pace we're moving at.

So you're saying Kagan shouldn't be on the SC seeing as to how she isn't qualified because she had no experience as a judge?

How about this?

Article I, Section 2:

The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

Not the Speaker of the House
Not the head of certain House Committees

The House of Representatives...

In other words, the House must vote to empower these committees with this investigative authority.

See my link to McCarthy's piece.

Exactly. Unless the House approves impeachment, the Dems don't have Constitutional authority or jurisdiction to hold hearings, issue subpoenas, compel witness testimony, etc. The Administration should tell them to go pound sand until that happens.

Pretty sure that's exactly what they've told them.

We understand that you are pro-impeachment over this completely benign Ukranian telephone call, and I can add the Mueller/Weissmann witch-hunt to the mix as well, but Tom Fitton has been a SUPERSTAR on holding these Swamp Rats' feet to the fire. The man deserves the highest award this country bestows on civilians.

Too bad your TDS blinds you to the pro-liberty work that both Fitton and Judicial Watch have been doing.

I wouldn’t hire you to get me out of a parking ticket. By the time you were done, the judge would have me standing on a platform looking up at the business edge of a guillotine blade.

Link?

If you run a search (which we all know you will not do), you will find that I took exactly the opposite position re Mueller and no position at all re this latest little kerfuffle, except to say that Trump’s call with Ukraine does not bother me.

Your ability to engage in objective analysis of any issue at all is non-existent. It is really quite sad.
