You may want to check out the polls. DeSantis is losing popularity because his phoniness is being exposed. Today is the nail in the coffin. Unfortunately, I can only reflect this from some well known people on twitter since I can’t generate tweets out of the minds of the majority of voters who say they prefer Trump.
Why would I melt about any of this? It all helps Trump.

The Ron DeSantis statement on this situation is very disturbing. Dare I say it. It appears DeSantis is hoping the loony toons will arrest, convict and imprison the former President thus giving him clear access to the GOP Nomination in 2024.

Anyone with a brain understands this. In no way was DeSantis condoning the rumored potential prosecution of Trump. The media fabricated circus after circus, based on "anonymous sources," during the Trump administration, so it makes sense DeSantis isn't going to jump out ahead of everything and comment on something that may not even be real. That's the nature of his response, and deep down even the OnlyTrump crew knows it. They are just upset DeSantis may challenge their god, and are trying to find a way to cope.
