Next question - how much can we do to bring a swift end to their war crimes and would eliminating their power be an acceptable part if civilians are also without power?

Seems the answer would be yes

Perhaps you can expand on your thinking of how hurting the civilians of Iran (that their regime doesn't care about) helps is achieve these goals.

Specifically the water desalination plants.

No, you're just attempting to ask for civil discourse right after offering insult to those whom you would see respond.

Let us see how that works out.

Correct. The real war crime is the bombing that killed school children.

Here, let me break down international law for everyone: Did the United States do it? Illegal, War Crime, against International Law, etc. etc. which can only be remedied by massive transfers of wealth from the US to the "international community" Did any other country do it? Totes cool. Carry on.

Let’s be even more specific. Did a democrat president do it; legal

Did a republican president do it; illegal

The only way we would ever be punished is if we consented to being punished.

Maybe if some cuck were in power that allowed it, it could happen.

Destroying critical civilian infrastructure is still a war crime.

Isn’t it a war crime if civilian targets are intentionally targeted

No it clearly states "civilian property" cannot be targeted. A civilian is a person whose primary occupation is civil or nonmilitary

I've not yet encountered one single civilian who owned an "energy infrastructure". In fact all "energy infrastructure" in Iran is owned by the government

It’s not a military target, so I believe it technically is.

Yep intentionally did it right? So your arse does pucker too much, unless purposefully it’s just a horror of war, unlike those 40,000 civilians Iranians massacred the month before

No, war crimes assume international law, and there is no such thing as international law.

Apparently did not read above - Iran is not part of the ICC - does not apply to them

Literally in the Geneva Convention. It's a war crime to destroy and attack civilian infrastructure.

So much so, a Catholic Bishop affirms this. These types of attacks are not Christian. They are not humane. They are not what the West and the US are built upon.

I think you intentionally left out that the ICC does not apply as I quoted but, IRGC use the water supply and electricity to commit terror so the justification is tjere if it swiftly ends this conflict

If the assessment is months of no water or electricity that is another dynamic

Of course they do..and so does 94M civilians in Persia.

Starving innocent people out of water and food and power and shelter is one of the most sinful and demonic acts I can conjure.... Or exactly what Israel and the IDF have done to Gaza.

Iran is a signatory to the Geneva convention so all of their crimes might apply however they are not a signatory to the ICC so they cannot be held accountable and the ICC cannot get involved with non signatories

People that want open borders. I hope our military does not leave until every raghead is dead. If not they will be back in business as soon as our military leaves. Israel will not stop until there are no more missiles and drones are destroyed
