Just b/c he doesn’t see the evidence that has yet to materialize.
Anyone in this thread ask themselves why they need a so-called “audit” in Arizona if they already have proof of pervasive fraud?

everything Barr says has a very distinct purpose, both good and bad

some of this is important to distinguish what the DOJ can and cant do and investigate during an election managed by the states

my guess is this article is to get ahead of what is about to come out. Barr will say we investigated what we could, there wasnt much there, we never saw this new level of evidence, blah blah blah

and the questions about why didnt the DOJ act will be answered. “if we knew then what we know now, etc”
