Early reports show the transcript doesn’t mention it... which I can agree with.

BUT, Trump has been known to improvise when he gets going.

Think he mentions it?

I think that he will, maybe not directly but in some form or fashion.

If he mentions it, the dem response would be pure insanity.

No.

I wonder if there is a prop bet on this though.

I don’t know why but I’m leaning this way too.
If he doesn’t, that’s ok but if he does I’m going to explode in laughter

Would be best not to in order to appear non partisan. Just have it released, then comment later

Same here, I'd end on it. "...and God Bless the United States of America." bow, wave, wait for applause to die down "and by the way, Release the Memo, Goodnight."

He won't mention the memo specifically, but he will say "the storm is upon us" at some point.

The internet will break.

The consensus is he will not.

His speech tonight is 100% teleprompter. He will stay on point.

I would release it right before I walked out, go in and give a great speech on unity and the need for our country to come together and quit sitting in our corners and please all the independents, then go back to the house and watch all heck break lose.

Doesn’t really need to mention it as it’s being released after his speech.

He is releasing it immediately after his address.

I know he is.
Which is why a “teaser” at some point would be grand.

He should absolutely mention it in closing to screw with all the various rebuttals going on - Dems don't play fair, why should he? Screw the libtards

Fox News saying now the President hasn't seen it yet. They're saying be ready Friday night.
That it isn't being released tonight.
They're saying from sources in the WH that they didn't show the President yet because they want him focused on the SOTU.
