That’s the best you can hope for, because it gives what is left of Constitutional Republic, while they hold Institutional power (think Military) the ability to do what they can never do via the application of traditional (now irreparably corrupted) Systematic Law. It will go to Military Tribunals.
Raskin has already declared the Supreme Court “illegitimate”, so the Left would do the same IF they held power via a (corrupt) muh democratic vote.
