As long as I’m a law abiding gun owner, I’m backed by the 2nd amendment.
The second I take a shot at a human being, LEO or otherwise, that’s not self defense, I’m no longer a law abiding gun owner. Following a felony conviction (assuming I survive), I won’t be allowed to own firearms.

traffic courts, domestic courts, boarder stops, etc.
international money transfers
onsite review of SS/Tax ID records of large businesses
Trespassing reports from private businesses
What a bad government would do:
Go block to block like the gestapo
Random stop and search like the gestapo
Target based on racial stereotypes like the gestapo
Make a public show of force like the gestapo

Agreed. And I'd imagine they're doing some of the things in the good government list. The things in the bad government list are not necessary at all.
