As i stated to genius above, the reason i'd vote for JL is his views align with mine, and in a time when Governor's and Dems were going wild with political overreach, Landry fought against the left. Now, as some stated in other threads, "that's what he's supposed to do". Which i agree. But i haven't gotten a sound reason from anyone why he's so bad or "so stupid". It's like there is this big secret about JL that is so bad that everyone hates him, yet no one can talk about it.
I'm open to be swayed. TB08 has lost it, so maybe anyone else can help me understand why Landry is not good, and who, that has currently announced they are running, is better?

I understand that there were self righteous idiots who identity as republicans that voted for JBE because of the Vitter hooker situation, but it’s not the Acadiana areas fault that the vast majority of people in New Orleans and Baton Rouge vote for democrats in every election. The Acadiana region shouldn’t have to carry New Orleans and Baton Rouge’s weight. The irony of someone who lives in Orleans parish blaming the Acadiana region for our shite governor
