Several things come to mind.
He could eat peanuts and throw the empty shells at the back of his head and when xiden turns around act like nothing is going on.
Eat a bunch of bean burritos from taclo bell and pass gas constantly.
Make a ham and cheese sandwich while he is speechifying.
Constantly be texting on his phone.
Have President Trump come in with one of those rolling popcorn machines and pass out buckets of popcorn to the Congress critters.
Pick his teeth with a toothpick.
Drop his pants and wipe his arse with his speech and drop it on the floor.

Honestly, the SOTU address as a totally-unnecessary bit of political spectacle. The Constitution only requires that POTUS provide a report, and that was done in writing for more than 150 years. I would get rid of it, if I were a Congressional leader.

Step off the merry go round, y’all. This score-keeping only perpetuates worse behavior from our elected officials.
Politicians get too consumed with trying to define their opponents, that they typically lose their own messaging. Conservatives by nature are the more responsible thinkers. Their behavior should match these principles and not give in to childish instincts. Republicans might be able to better attract new blood if they acted like adults.

Pelosi tearing up the address was childish and disrectful. Holding up signs during the speech is just as childish and immature. We had a guy from Louisiana do that one year. It only benefits their cheerleaders. Doesn’t produce anything.

I disliked Pelosi's stunt when she pulled it. Childish.
McCarthy needs to rise above that level and deliver a well reasoned rebuttal with concrete policy and budget proposals that are better than Biden's.

Let me explain: I was comparing the degree of happiness I would feel from seeing McCarthy tear up the transcript to the degree of happiness that I imagine a piranah would feel if he were in her bath water while she was taking a bath.
