Will Biden just resign?

So, we hear the rumors/ rumblings of Biden’s cabinet invoking the 25th Amendment to dispose of him. But, what’s to stop him from simply resigning. They already control him, we know. And it won’t look like they are kicking out a poor old man. What a hero he will be, stepping down for the good of the country. Something Trump was never capable of. Seems too perfect for his exit.
ETA: Just want to put here for posterity, that I’m glad this got so many downvotes. It’s sarcasm. I served twice in Iraq and don’t want to ever be viewed as supporting this regime, even anonymously. Beyond anger, I’m sad today specifically for my brethren who went through hell for an ungrateful nation (Afghanistan) and our treasonous government.

Why would he resign? The powers that be that are pulling the strings don’t care, they have the perfect scapegoat in old Joe.
After the 2022 midterm bloodbath they may need a pound of flesh to appease their base then.

I think Biden will be fine, once the US military can complete an orderly withdrawal. Biden will take FULL credit for any success and US mass media will say he's tough and gutsy.

We'll see. I'm quite sure that the US Ministry of Propaganda is planning their Information Campaign right now to rehabilitate Biden's optics and take credit for any success, real or manufactured.
We've not heard of any American being harmed yet, so, I'm not ready to conclude that Biden will suffer politically. We'll see.

He can’t resign before 1/20/23 or Kamala can only run for one term.
