Will American Jews start coming around to support Trump?

I asked my accountant this question just a few minutes ago - he is a Jewish guy, and is the 1st person that supported Trump that I personally know
He was on the Trump train early in the primaries
His thought?
YES
we will see larger numbers of American Jews supporting POTUS
won't be enough t flip states like NY & NJ - but many are starting to come around
Trump is gaining with just about every "minority group"
After this week; I would hope to see more, but at this point, I think we'd have to have some kind of weird disaster for Trump to lose in 2020
And I will be surprised if we don't puck up Senate seats and hold the House by at least 10 seats after the 2018 midterms

I would say zero chance. I also think it's wishful thinking that blacks are suddenly going to start voting republican. It's just not going to happen.

All of my Jewish friends and their family members are Pro-Trump and all in on MAGA.

Jews aren't as monolithic as Blacks but Rootless Cosmopolitans have little interest in making America Great Again, so don't get too excited by anything your accountant says.

I really doubt it. Jews don’t give two shits about Israel by and large. What they care about is their families, their education, and fitting into the elite social philanthropy arts and high society scene. Being a conservative is akin to being a Nazi in that scene, so good luck. They pride their social station above their economic prosperity when it comes to politics (despite being incredibly money conscious and fiscally responsible in their personal lives) out of self-preservation. Many also still feel unwelcome by the rank and file in the republican party.

most of mine here in Alabama are as well
my college roommate that lives in Philly?
he ain't on facebook, but his wife (who was also my roommate...) makes the girls on the view look like the voice of sanity and reason
I'm surprised she hasn't unfriended me yet (I usually ignore her tripe, but decided to respond today - she was pissing and moaning about the preacher man from Dallas, I replied "still better that 'God Damn America' - I may be unfriended soon, or at least blocked from her feed...)

I have known and worked with tons of Jews all my life. The best explanation I got was from a medical school student. He explained it like this:
Jews are afraid of 'tyranny of the majority' because they have always been the minority every place they've lived. They see liberal Democrats as champions stopping the majority from imposing their will on minorities.

Exactly. No matter how friendly Trump is to Israel, Jews are always scared of nationalist, america-first candidates like Trump.

Do they need to vote for Trump to make a difference of just stay home from the polls?

Absolutely. Especially non-Progressive-enclave Jews and younger Jews. there are two states where the numbers are tight enough to matter- Florida and Pennsylvania.

The same group that voted 70+ percent for a candidate (Obama) that sat in an Anti-Semitic church for 20 years is a tough group to swing.

Jews who are dems don't like their homeland. I was friends with one in my apartment complex about 10 years ago, and he hated GWB. I always asked him why he hates him and republicans when they are the party that supports Jerusalem? He said the Jews are terrorists and should not be supported.
