I know people from Hong Kong, which is only an administered region of China. I asked them what it is like. They said there are cameras everywhere, and the Chinese government monitors everything everyone does at every moment through cameras, phones, transactions, and more. They also said people just disappear.

No. Because even with massive cctv coverage, the uk refuses to prosecute crimes on video if it shows certain people doing things.

Flock ai cameras are everywhere - they track your car any stickers/dents on your car and you license. And will stitch your every movement together. Any police department in the country can get that info without a warrant. Deflock.org
