I applaud Wikipedia for not letting you contrbiute to the pettiness.
Pettiness previously was only celebrated and embraced by women and gay dudes. But Trump was petty, like a woman or a gay dude, so a bunch of men started thinking it was cool and okay to embrace being petty.

The entire issue is comical nonsense, in my opinion.
While I don't agree with re-naming the Gulf of Mexico or Lake Ontario, I laughed yesterday when I read about it. I doubt I'll ever get to it on my list of priorities to give a shite about.
My first laugh was the thought of the President going through that process just to get a reaction from those that do truly have "TDS", and their reactions.
The next laugh was about the President actually taking the time and making the effort to care about and act upon any of this; but that's pretty normal from Trump, so no surprise.
All of that lasted about 15 seconds.
Why should I waste much time at all caring about it?

Then you should have no problem with these name changes.
Henceforth the state of Texas will now be Baja Oklahoma, Louisiana will be That Shithole between Baja Oklahoma and bama, Mississippi will be The State that is Lower than Oklahoma by any Standard of Measurement, Florida will be Where We Send Old People to Die, and the Gulf or whatever will simply be known as The Gulf.
Problem solved.
