In order to freely target ice, local officials and politicians have basically suspended the rule of law in those areas.

These are the types of individuals who peaked in high school and now struggle to find other meaningful ways to contribute to society. Throw around large bonuses and frame themselves as noble and indispensable heroes, and these are the type of people who will sign up. Same folks who would probably fall for the "become a millionaire by selling Herbalife" pyramid scheme.
I have often wondered how so many people fell in line with the Nazi regime, simply acting on orders that were morally wrong. We are witnessing a similar phenomenon today. It seems to resurrect the lost forms of individuals who feel like societal outcasts and empowers them.

These people would live to see every ICE agent dead on the street. They hate ICE. But that is not relevant to this topic.
This lady was not approached by the ICE agent because the crowds there hate ICE, was she? He went to her to shove her down. I'm just curious why. Was she somehow interfering from her side of the street?
