They 'thought' they had it won.

Think back to the LSU/Bama NC game 1-09-12 Its a game that still pisses off LSU fans everywhere.

illary was going to continue the obama-fools agenda, which was turning this great country into a socialist cess-pool that much of Europe is becoming.

Trump came in and did the seemingly impossible. He defeated an entrenched candidate that by all means should have easily walked into the WH.

The left knows that they were within inches of a 3rd term of the communist scum-bag called obama/dunham/soreto.

Trump is the modern-day like King Charlemagne. He was able to turn back the wicked forces of the left from getting a strangle-hold in this country.

The Supreme Court was one vote away from starting a complete lose of many of our blood bought freedoms that the Founding Father worked so hard for.

ginzzberg, kennedy, breyer are old, sick and living on a prayer.

The lower courts are being filled with honorable jurists who love America and will follow the US Constitution as intended.

Can Trump turn this thing around? IDK. But I believe that he is this country's best hope from becoming a third world cess pool like Europe is becoming.

How often did you see a stat you trusted during the Obama years? I didn’t see a single unemployment number I thought was factual.

And it’s always about emotion and symbolism on the left. “Hope”. “Change”.

Washington Free Beacon:

Medicaid, the program that provides health coverage for low-income individuals, greatly expanded during Obama’s time in office, largely due to its expansion in the Affordable Care Act.

When Obama took office in 2009, there were 60,880,000 Medicaid beneficiaries, according to the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission. As of March 2016, there were 74,059,221 enrollees, an increase of over 13 million.

“Historically, Medicaid eligibility has generally been limited to low-income children, pregnant women, parents of dependent children, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities; however, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act included the ACA Medicaid expansion, which expands Medicaid eligibility to individuals under the age of 65 with income up to 133% of the federal poverty level at state option,” explains the Congressional Research Service.

Medicare, which offers coverage to individuals 65 years and older, will cost taxpayers about $701 billion in fiscal 2016. According to program trustees, the Medicare trust fund is projected to face insolvency.

In 2009, average monthly enrollment for Medicare was 45,466,997. Enrollment rose to 56,873,505 beneficiaries in 2016, an increase of 25 percent.

“In FY2016, the program will cover approximately 57 million persons (48 million aged and 9 million disabled) at a total cost of about $701 billion,” the Congressional Research Service said.

Demographics contributed to a sharp rise in Social Security recipients. But rules governing disability payments were loosened again, leading to a significant increase in the budget:

Beneficiaries of both Social Security programs have increased from 50,898,296 in December 2008 to 60,907,307 beneficiaries at the end of 2016, an increase of roughly 10 million individuals.

But by far the biggest increase in beneficiares was in the SNAP program:

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, otherwise known as the food stamp program, helps low-income individuals purchase food. The program cost taxpayers $70,866,830,000 in 2016.

In 2009, when Obama entered office, 33,490,000 Americans were on food stamps. Eight years later that number had increased to 44,219,000, an increase of nearly 11 million. Recipients of the program received a monthly benefit of about $125. The Department of Agriculture has noted that changes to food stamp policies made it easier to receive benefits

It’s not. Not all Liberals wanted Hilary. Remember?
She had to play dirty just to get the nomination.

i would like to weigh in on this topic and share my opinion on the election.I do lean to the left of center politically but that doesn't mean i follow the democratic party blindly. The reason I am horrified by the results of the election is not because a republican won but because trump won.

I've respected the republican party over the years and I would have probably voted for any number of them over clinton.she was a deeply flawed candidate to start with but trump is in another dimension of batshit crazy and i still can't believe that the citizens of the US actually voted him in.

I'm not going to go through the many many reasons that I believe that he is totally unfit for office.Go ahead and flame and downvote away but that's my opinion.

This one is simple. They tried to destroy him with the same methods that would have taken out any other candidate. This is the same guy that destroyed her at a charity dinner.

They needed eight more years to make a big majority of America to be reliant on the government hoping it would keep the Dems in office indefinitely.

They needed eight more years of corruption to ear mark record amounts of fines, funds to friends, democrat groups, etc to continue to control news cycles and misinformation.

Because they never thought they'd lose again. They really believed there had been a permanent shift left.

And like 90% of them are mentally unstable.

So you just admitted that HRC was a terrible candidate and our economy is booming. Your comment makes no sense. HRC will be indicted, if she hasn't been already, would you really want a known criminal to be running our country.

IMHO,I think they saw her as a continuation of Obama's policies.

Totally Trans-Gendering(sp) America.

I also think they believed she would win. They still can't come to grips with her defeat.

Instead of accepting that Donald Trump is the 45th President, and hoping our Country will do well;they seem to hope the opposite.

8 years of having it their way and expecting another 4. They were becoming entitled to wins like Bama fans.

Not really true. They were not winning. Look at the House, Senate, Governorships, Statehouses, etc. The won the Whitehouse twice because some 1/2 white dude convinced people he was black. Other than that they were losing at a pretty big clip.

So, I’ve got a buddy who has two daughters. He and his wife are big on teaching them the feminist notion that they are a man’s equal in every way. They shouldn’t ever need or rely on a man for anything. He and his wife were so thrilled when Hillary was the first woman to get the nomination of a major political party and they got to celebrate a glass ceiling being broken with their daughters.

They were so sure she was going to win and they were gonna get to cry tears of joy with the daughters and be able to tell them “look... you really can be anything you can dream of as a woman in America!” It was gonna be beautiful and emotional and touching.

Trump robbed him of that moment. And I really think that’s why he can’t get over it. He’s literally been insufferable on Facebook for the whole year. Any negative article on Facebook by WAPO, NYT, etc... he has to post some passive aggressive comment so it shows up in everyone’s newsfeed. Ridiculous. Grow a pair homie!
