Why isn't the 25th amendment used to remove Biden? Clearly he is incapacitated.

The 25th Amendment, proposed by Congress and ratified by the states in the aftermath of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, provides the procedures for replacing the president or vice president in the event of death, removal, resignation, or incapacitation. The Watergate scandal of the 1970s saw the application of these procedures, first when Gerald Ford replaced Spiro Agnew as vice president, then when he replaced Richard Nixon as president, and then when Nelson Rockefeller filled the resulting vacancy to become the vice president. If it couldn't be used on Trump, it's not going to be used without the President's consent.

Do you think Biden has more cognitive function now than Trump did during his presidency?

I'm seriously asking.

The fact that its not a topic of national conversation, but all the "Drs" that came out saying Trump wasn't mentally fit was, proves MSM commie bias.

No matter how much the lefties on the board would try to disagree, they just can't with a straight face, so won't try on threads like this one.

So it is your contention that Biden is mentally fit to be PResident?

Yes or no, groomer....

Trump held a water bottle awkwardly after shaking hands with hundreds of people and stumbled a bit on a ramp once and it was a sign of cognitive decline and that he wasn't fit be in office. Biden shakes hands with ghosts every week and it's crickets from the media.

Look at what we have as VP, I'll take the lesser of two evils ( I think).

If you recall, they made noise about such in Trump's final weeks. There was discussion that it wasn't actually to be used against Trump, but rather after Biden had a few months and proved utterly incapacitated.

Biden is in such bad shape I’m worried he will die before the election and thus garner the sympathy vote for democrats in 2024.

Certainly, you don't think Biden is actually running the show and causing the problems you see.

Biden is a figurehead. Removing him would accomplish nothing.

You are really comparing the cognitive abilities between Trump and Biden? You are really going there? Tell me you are not going there.
