To be honest, I think every white house is leaky. What matters is whether or not news sources will actually report on the leaks/
A typical wapo or nyt reporter named bernie bernstein is not going to publish a leak that makes a democrat look bad.
Maggie Haberman is on record saying it was NYT policy to ignore any leak that came from the Obama white house.

I've bout decided there is no leak but a bug. I think they have and undetectable listening devices located all throughout that place.

I agree that all administrations have had leakers. I think it’s just the new media climate to report everything—to say nothing of the fact that communication is seamless. More than any other time in history, folks can race to their phones, devices, Twitter accounts, etc. to share the latest nugget.
Also, people are idiots. Many minions in DC are constantly looking to ingratiate themselves with the press for future collateral.
