Why is Christopher Wray obstructing justice?

It was a memo from the DOJ's Kathleen Kavalec saying that the dossier was bull shite. Wray is trying to hide it.

Is why I have always said it should be extraordinarily difficult to ever "classify" anything from "we, the people". The Gov should have to jump through hoops and go through hell to ever get anything declared "secret" from us.

I sure wish Trump would get to declassing. I guess we are waiting on the OIG report that is supposed to come out within a month.
And maybe Trump is slow rolling this out to damage the Democrat going into the 2020 election.

We have still only seen the memo in its redacted form. We dont know who she sent it to, but its obvious that the FBI was told it was bullshitee, via this memo, and proceeded anyway.
That is glaringly illegal to purposely try and hide this. He should be prosecuted....wonder if he will still have that condescending smirk on his face then?

It's already declassified, it's up to Horowitz to decide the what, when and where.

This. I believe that a good bit of the slow walking of this scandal is because they are trying to figure out how to adequately address the scandal and not destroy institutions at the same time. I'm all for burning it down but I can also understand the need to retain public confidence in the process. Obviously, one can argue that with the apparent level of corruption starting over from scratch is the only option.

Who gets to define what “destroys an institution”? Sounds like Wray thinks any negative press fits that description and should be hidden.
If we prioritize the institution over corruption, we might as well be Russia or China because there are effectively two justice systems in this country.
