re: Why have Trump, Rudy, et al waited so long to publicly release their evidence?

The problem is that there is no legal or procedural way for Texas to create this claim.
The water rights case DID have that avenue, via the compact.
No such avenue exists with election issues.

Allowing a path to illegality is not evidence of that path being used for illegality.
If you prefer not to answer, just say so. Please don't insult your intelligence, or mine, with the obvious dodges though.

Do you believe that had Dane and Milwaukee Counties been forced to abide WI election law, like every other (red) county in the state, the outcome in WI would have been the same?
...
Do you believe the uneven curing of Dem vs GOP votes in PA affected vote totals?

You'd have to show me the evidence to judge.

Assuming you can manufacture evidence within the sphere of these questions, Why didn't Rudy rely on it in his defense?
(2) I have no idea what Rudy relied upon or what evidence was denied as admissible by the judge. I have seen his characterization, and that of the media/plaintiff counsel. The two are near polar opposites

Where is the proof of vote harvesting in GA, and why didn't Rudy rely on it for his defense?

Not true. I said where it's legitimate, it's not fraud.
If it occurred in a jurisdiction where it wasn't legitimate, then it could be fraud. But to determine that, we need evidence...Rudy has been given an opportunity to present this evidence and he declined and stated his claims against Ruby were without merit or truth.

This is literally the point of this thread.

And Rudy didn't rely on it, why?
quote:
(2) I have no idea what Rudy relied upon or what evidence was denied as admissible by the judge.
None. Rudy himself offered a statement saying his claims against Ruby were false and met the definition of defamation (and intentional infliction of emotional distress). He did this on his own.
In discovery he had all the opportunity in the world to exchange his evidence, and he did (could?) not.

Rudy is lying.
He filed this on his own prior to any motion in limine

But it's not. Not for this analysis.
As for the standing issue, The USSC has ruled, " yet beyond that it necessarily involves the availability of another forum where there is jurisdiction over the named parties, where the issues tendered may be litigated, and where appropriate relief may be had"
Clearly the individual states (which have domain over elections) are the jurisdiction where the issues should be litigated and appropriate relief may be had.

2. There were no “mysterious” dumps of ballots.
False. 100% complete BS! After inexplicable total pauses in tallying, Biden took immediate huge jumps in vote tallies in each instance when counts resumed.

Afterall, it was the inexplicable total pause in tallying during the night which was the anomaly, not the fact a night time tally was ongoing
No anomaly there. That's the way it's supposed to work. If the election is close enough they will drag out the last of the absentee and military votes and count them.

Yeah? No shite. The Dems leaned into absentee voting. I implied in my post that they were almost certainly cheating. It was no surprise that these ballots favored Biden.
Trump and his A-Team have had ample opportunity to prove their charges and they have spectacularly failed - in court. You can trash talk on message boards until the cows come home, but when they come home is in court where facts talk and bullshite walks.
The actual cheating was in almost impossible to prove manipulation of ACTUAL absentee voting. Trump failed because instead of doing the very laborious work of finding the "2,000 mules" interviewing them, and deposing them in court, they ejaculated charges of ballot dumps and Dominion software manipulations, all of which are fairly easy to prove if they were true...but they aren't.

Were that the case the pattern would look like this:
not this:

And each state has the Constitutional authority to run the elections as they see fit. Any issues with an election should be litigated in that state. Texas trying to argue that is has regulatory veto over how (insert state) runs its elections is plainly unconstitutional. That is a large reason why there isn't even an avenue to permit TX to do this (hence, no standing).

D'Souza probably needs proof that this harvesting was done in GA? Affidavits or statements from people involved who witnessed it would shut this all down.

OK, so then why discuss anything, if you can just invalidate stuff at your sole discretion?
This is an odd question. The same odd question could be asked of those who believe the judgement of a court is the end all be all.

Hes an interesting guy to debate with. The last thing hell probably ever do is actually give his real opinion about what a problem is and how it can be solved. In the end, being a clever arguer on the internet doesnt make one actually right

He's a functioning Autistic at best.

Within our system, which is based in law, it's kind of important.

This is not true.
The problem: we have been denied access to the evidence promised.
Solution: release the evidence so we can all consume and analyze it.
