Oh there's plenty of bottom feeders like that. I went to school with ten of them and we all still have the occasional joke about them. They usually go into small-time private practice and get fed nonsense cases from bigger firms, or they go to work at government agencies or big business working a mindless job, pretending to be important, and stamping paperwork.

More evidence the legal system is trash.

Indeed.

The CJ system is the most unjust system we have in this country.

But Donny was his own worst enemy listening to some awful people.

You seem to be under the impression that I think the US Justice system operates in good faith in a way that is moral and adheres to the US Constitution or that a conviction of a crime has some kind of bearing on my opinion. It doesnt.

OK, so then why discuss anything, if you can just invalidate stuff at your sole discretion? You've effectively created your own rhetorical veto, so what's the point in any commentary at all?

Imagine thinking that a proclamation from a government official who presides over a system that is not transparent or auditable is proof.

No. It was because Texas lacked standing.
Right.
Roberts' concerns about bad appearances wouldn't play as well in the annals of jurisprudence.

"Standing" was as much a bullshite justification in disposing Texas v. Pennsylvania as "the right to privacy" was in justifying Roe v. Wade.

I did get my worst grade in evidence. But to be fair the professor was French and hard to understand.

Fair questions.

I the answer includes the fact that these folks are not as street smart as their opposition (which is kinda ironic since they tout themselves to be honest brawlers) and constantly find themselves playing from behind…

I keep wondering why Rudy hired an attorney who would appear in court looking like this.

I've seen a lot of accusations, but no solid evidence that the election was rigged.

Exactly.

Accusations, suppositions, coincidences, implications, etc.

I mean even earlier, you had people relying on "common sense"

But EVIDENCE? Not so much.

Do you believe the uneven curing of Dem vs GOP votes in PA affected vote totals?

Do you believe unspoiled test ballots generated at the DVS Fulton Machine Test Center, which were never audited, could have been fraudulently inserted into the system?

Do you believe Ruby Freeman when she says, after the observers left, they were told "the count was short," so her supervisor pulled out a box of votes from under the table, and they started processing them?

That was Griswold v. Connecticut. Easy peasy answer.

I was asking about the other claim.

Other than the fact those are questions (which cannot be evidence)...

Allowing a path to illegality is not evidence of that path being used for illegality.

You'd have to show me the evidence to judge.

Assuming you can manufacture evidence within the sphere of these questions, Why didn't Rudy rely on it in his defense?

Instead she plead guilty rather than simply presenting the evidence of voter fraud.

Exactly.

I am 100% shite happened, but I dont see any evidence supporting the idea that the election was lost because of fraud.

But the US Government has the most wealth in the world, I am 100% shite happens during elections, but no one has tied these accusations to a chain of custody and direct evidence that the election was a fraud.
