Why do you idolize a narcissistic, self serving demagogue?

Serious question here. I can understand not liking Trump, but why do you idolize Hillary Clinton as a result? Although I don't agree with it, I can at least understand voting for her out of liking Trump even less.
What I don't get is the deifying of HRC. It is mind boggling to me how anyone could prop her up on the world's pedestal as a hero that everyone ought to aspire to be. EVERY aspect of her character has been shown and proven to be nefarious, calculating and manipulative to serve her own ends at the expense of everyone else.
Please explain to me, those of you who genuinely idolize this maniacal miscreant, why you treat her as an idol.

Hillary is propped up because “they” realize if she goes down Obama goes down. Obama is their god, so in order to protect Obama they have to protect Hillary.

Might this silence arise from the fact that very few people “idolize” HRC. The number is likely smaller than the number who “idolize” DJT. She is useless. Most people understand this. Even many of her voters only did so because they saw her as being marginally less-intolerable than Trump ... just as many of his voters saw him as being (just barely) better than her.
