It's because left wingers are very stupid people who can be fish hooked into any position the DNC puts out talking points for. They don't even know why they support Ukraine. The list is endless.
1. Potential world war three from a never ending war in Ukraine? Hell yes, give me some of that.
2. Believing Covid-19 came from Chinese people putting bats on the bbq grill instead of the Wuhan Institute of Virology? Yes, we will believe that.
3. Believing Russia making a Facebook troll account meant Trump and Russia colluded in the 2016 election and it was stolen from Hillary? Yes, we'll believe that.
4. Believing one vaccine will stop the transmission of the virus and Ivermectin is just horse paste? Yes, we'll believe that.
I'm pretty sure that if the DNC put out a talking point to Reddit and traditional left wing media that the moon was made out of cheese, left wingers would suddenly all be screaming that it was so.

The vast majority of people I know over age 60 want the US to disengage itself from the Ukraine/Russia shite show and most are not supportive of the US getting directly involved in the new Israel/Iran shite show.
