Government owning and/or working in collusion with privately owned industries?

Fascists, Socialists and Communists are all from the same Marxist family. One sees blue, another sees aqua and the other sees teal blue. But they are ALL shades of blue.

The main difference is how much influence and ownership of industry the government has.

All are WAY left of even RFK, Jr today. Ergo, fascism CANNOT right wing.

Who was it that said, trying to define fascism is akin to trying to nail Jelly to the wall?

Odd that even with you freaks writing the definition, you fit so many characteristics.
quote:

characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation or race, and strong regimentation of society and the economy.

– hyper patriotic

– very very very strong central government

- nostalgic (dwells on the past and how much better everything once was, while identifying a boogeyman as the reason why the past used to be so much cooler)

- communists are enemy #1. Communists fundamentally believe that government is bad.

– very strong public/private business partnership (controlling the means of production)

- war-mongering and expansionist
2 5 and 6 are obviously ok

But how the frick do you get the other 3 in the complete reverse? It’s incoherent

National Socialists
Free Healthcare to control the masses
Government control of press
Use of judiciary on political opponents
Baby killers
Right thought is praised, wrong thinking punished.
Crony capitalism
Spying on opposition.
Ending gun ownership.

Nazis or Communists they use the same tactics. Choose your poison.

Huh. Perhaps the dumbest take I've ever seen. Somehow you don't realize communism is fascist.

You have never had a political science class in your entire life, have you? Your definition of fascism is... Well, just that. It's YOUR definition of fascism, and quite frankly it's about as far off as one can get.

Tell me, how did you arrive at this definition of fascism that you espouse to be correct?

This is why they employ the use of Brownshirts, Black Hats and Red Guard to gain control. Once they are the government, they become tyrants and act godlike in determining the fate of millions with their arrogance.

Ha. Can’t recall. But the Italian roots are pretty easy to trace. And the primary attribute of a fascist economy is private businesses effectively controlled by, or at least highly beholden to, the state.

Fascism (/'fæ??z?m/ FASH-iz-?m) is a far-right, authoritarian, ultranationalist political ideology and movement,[1][2][3] characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation or race, and strong regimentation of society and the economy quote:philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition

Those characteristics apply to most any authoritarian regime.
Hallmark of fascism and what makes it so insidious is the conjunction of big government and big business into one tyrannical entity which gives the illusion of free market choice and government regulation but in reality delivers neither.

Sound a bit like modern progressive corporate America which overwhelmingly lean Dem? Thats why Dems are fascist.
