Why do liberals have to put their politics into everything?

Against my better judgment I started watching Stanley Tucci’s food show ‘Searching for Italy’ and of course when he went to Sicily all he wanted to talk about is how great it is they’re being overrun with African migrants. When Tucci went to Northern Italy all he wanted to talk about was how mean the politicians like Salvini are for not wanting their country to be overrun with migrants.
A liberal can’t even discuss food without injecting their leftist politics into the conversation.
And what is the liberal’s bizarre fascination with overrunning Western nations with migrants then claiming that makes the native culture “stronger”?

Because it forces people to choose a side. Then they can identify who their “enemy” is that gets wrapped up and smeared. If they allow for hobbies or past times that let you “get away”, then their scheme doesn’t work. Marxism is about the control of every aspect of your life, even your personal joys of life.

They replaced God with Government and their goal is to force compliance with their new god on everyone. They’re radical zealots desperately trying to run from their own unhappiness and misery by spreading it to as many people as possible. They’re sick.

I watched the first episode and Covid hypocrisy was killing me. He made a big show of wearing a mask and keeping his distance when meeting a family. The next scene he is sitting shoulder to shoulder eating and sharing dishes.

Modern liberalism is based upon secularism with a strong atheist overtones.
For them there is no afterlife. There is only the here and now. Therefore they want THEIR short life’s to be as utopian as possible.
They are extremely selfish.
Morality is blasé if it interferes with a good time. Many have no time for children or a spouse. Hook up culture gains in popularity daily as they chase one fleeing pleasure after another.
Reality interferes with their selfish pleasures, so they create a government that suppresses it. Free this, free that, I don’t care because I’ll be dead before the bill comes do!
They are their personal god, pleasure is their morality, socialism and totalitarianism is their catechism, and government is their church.
Think about it, if the world effectively ends with their own personal extinction, burning the world down to keep your selfish arse warm is a GOOD thing.

Because years ago, liberals made the commitment to inject their brand of politics into everything so they could control x industry and therefore the product that flows forth from that industry.
It’s working, as you can see, because conservatives are decidedly on the outside looking in in just about every major industry.

You'll keep getting downvoted, but you are correct. These LEFTISTS have nothing in common with the classic liberals (libertarians). They stole the moniker when progressive got a bad name in the early 20th century. Now they want to be called progressives again as the liberal moniker has been slandered by their disgusting beliefs/behavior over the last 100 years.
