But I hope Trump does it on his way out just because the Democrats will be looking to charge anyone in Trump's administration. While having done no wrong, this could bankrupt some (see Gen Flynn).

Any state can still go after him since this impacted all 50 states. Some state needs to step up and then hopefully other states will join/follow.

He wont ever go to trial, if he did and all was revealed, every country in the world would be suing us for killing millions of people.

Anthony Fauci received a pardon to shield him from any potential investigations regarding his role in COVID (including, but not limited to, making false statements before Congress).
While both could be viewed as abuse of the pardon power, the Fauci pardon is far more egregious because there wasn't even an investigation going on when the pardon was issued.

Everything the democrats do is rotten with fraud, cheating, corruption, patronage, and the like. Except elections apparently. SFP has assured us that elections are the only place dems refuse to cheat.
