He was not offered a military airplane and he did not request one. He could have, but didn't.

He should have been forced to fly in like my trip from Tokyo to Seattle. On a cargo pane with his luggage strapped on the floor right in front of him.

This was reported on the day it happened as Biden was offered any govt plane or option he wanted. He said no.
He had planned to ride the Amtrack trane and had to cancel it. It was also said his campaign wasn't organized fully with the cry about his dead son ceremony. They ran long or something and they got the plane when they were done.
Maybe he owns the plane now? It is feasible, as he was poor Joe needing to sell his home for Beau's hospital bills. Obama said, no Joe and offered him money. I don't believe the poor cry. It was pandering to the middle class Joe scheme.
We all know billions were made from the CCP--- he most likely owned the jet; or easily had the charter money fee from Delaware to DC.
