Why aren’t the GOP idiots lining up to sue this admin on these insane gun control EOs?

What are the chance the Supreme Court upholds all these executive orders?

Could be a procedural thing for one

I think the EOs for the most part direct DOJ to draft proposed rules. While we know the direction this is going, we likely need to see the proposed rules before we can effectively combat the moves in Court. I assume that's what happened with the bump stock case in the 6th.

Good question? I don't understand how the entire "right" folded like a deck of cards after the 2020 elections even with all the hoo haa with none of the GOP politicians being masculine enough to simply demand what is legally right to do?

Apparently, I'm not that smart...

Exactly. First, the rules have to be drafted and implemented. Then you need a plaintiff (i.e. someone who tried to buy a ghost gun but was prevented from doing so because of the new rules). Then that person has to sue to have the rules overturned.

It doesn't happen overnight.

Maybe give them a day to review and then get something filed? JFC.

Nope, to the contrary, they are secret, but willing, co-conspirators. If their games weren't so deadly serious, and just plain deadly for good Americans like most of the posters on TD, then even pussies would have enough honor to step aside and give someone with enough balls a chance to do the right thing for the American people.

I thought random judges just suddenly ruled emergency stays nearly overnight based on some non-profits letter begging them to do so?

Stay on Trumps EO

Where the frick is our emergency stay? Where is the ACLU...LOL, they don't care about liberty, I forgot.

Get this reasoned nuance off the board. There must be constant, unquestioning outrage

How is that nuance? Seems pretty clear all the way around.

I heard Mark Meadows has started the America First organization and they’re going to begin challenging EO Joe’s tyrannical reign of Dim Marxist Madness.
