The issues that get labeled "leftist" aren't even leftist ideals. If we're adhering to actual principles (big ask, I know), most of the issues I support, for example, are traditionally small-government and conservative issues. They are issues that the founders themselves championed like criminal justice reforms and limited use of cash bail

But tell them that increasing farm subsidies for bio-fuel is actually left of center and somehow you no longer care for the poor farmer.

A few of us have been told we're begging for brown foreigners to rape our daughters if we disagree on the birthright citizenship case

How dare people assume issues that not one elected democrat other than maybe Fetterman will oppose are leftist issues!!!

Leftists ALWAYS deny what they are because their ideas are repulsive to normal people.

I guess you are just really, really unlucky with your picks for office.

I’m totally against it.

And I come from a long line of farmers.

What really frustrates me is the overuse of calling anyone who disagrees with the dominant board narratives "emotional" while posing arguments very clearly rooted in emotional appeals.

Maybe I'm missing something, but are you saying you don't see anything wrong with what's happening to jewish students on major college campuses since October 7th? That it's just all bullshite from a bunch of jews?

What exactly is happening to them? They feel “uncomfortable”?

So if someone got in your kid's face and said "The 7th of October is going to be every day for you!" you wouldn't see anything wrong with it?

Why the desperation all of a sudden?

The TDS panican nerds think they have some huge Trump failure to jump on and they're giddy with delusional "we told you so" sentiment. The usual.

I don't agree with the harassment and the violence that's associated with protests. I'm not adopting his stance about harassment. The issue is why they were harassed, and framing it solely around them. Being Jewish, is quite dishonest. Dishonest. They were counter protesting in support of Israel and/or against Palestine, and got your typical leftist protest response (that I don't agree with).

Perfect example of above Leftists want gun control. You're demanding gun control. Make the concept of "leftist" wide enough and you are now a leftist.

Is it?

Because I never claimed that you are a leftist.

So much for your “perfect example.”

83% of Jewish College Students Have Experienced or Witnessed Antisemitism

Does this poll distinguish the partisanship or political ideology of those engaging in the attacks?

Pro tip. If you're going to cite a source to counter what I'm arguing, I wouldn't rely on a website that used a picture of a student wrapped in an Israeli flag to counter my point distinguishing between support of the state of Israel and actual anti-Semitism for being Jewish exclusively.

I would say stop counter protesting an anti genocide protest and you won’t have any issues

WAIT!

Is that you're religious adaptation of white fragility or CT?

You said these horrid Jewish students were parading around campus promoting Zionism, thereby drawing respondent harassment upon themselves. That contention is in and of itself the stuff of fairytales.

I'm literally not sure you understand the meaning of the term "Zionist."

Regardless, now your contention is open-season on Jewish collegiates is justified if those students have not been seen publicly speaking out in support of the horrific October 7 attacks on civilians in Israel?
