Why are the BET Awards on half of the cable networks tonight?

BET, MTV, VH1, Comedy Central, Pop, Nickeleodeon, TV Land, and about a dozen other channels are all showing this. You would think Liz Cheney and Nancy Pelosi were hosting it.
