You can change a magazine in about one second. So tell me the reasoning behind this?

One second......

A 30 round magazine costs $15 and a 10 round magazine costs $12. Which seems more economical to you?

They’re enamored with the idea of forcing people to jump through hoops.

Bill Ruger told them that back in 94 and they thought he was some expert.

Reposting my reply to when you asked this exact thing in another thread

I suppose the only argument made for it is it could slow down violent offenders resulting in more time for law enforcement to kill or arrest them. It’s a terribly argument though. Most of these people don’t just buy the gun and go commit their heinous crimes. They practice a significant amount first and anyone who does that is very unlikely to allow a magazine change be what does them in.

I’m not really obsessed with it, but “shall not be infringed”, ya know.

It’s a way of acting like you are doing something, without doing anything….. Politicians would rather do that than tackle real problems, like creating tax incentives for a stronger family, emphasize a moral lifestyle, and enforcing existing laws….

Personally I only use 30rd mags at the range. When I’m out hogging I like 10rds because it’s lighter.

No compromises. If we give an inch, the libtards will take a mile.

I found 30 rounders kind of a pain in the arse.

They are too long on and don't let the rifle sit straight on the bag.

The up side is that you can't shoot longer without reloading the mags, which is its own pain in the arse.

There should not be a capacity limit, but I can see weight being a factor.

As I’ve said several times lately in this situation…none of this should matter. Magazine clips, what the AR15 was designed for, is this gun or that gun suitable for hunting and if so why does anyone need something more powerful…all that is garbage noise. The 2nd Amendment is there to keep the government at bay, bottom line. And as they chip away like you noted, we keep giving up our safeguards of liberty. Sad to see and I lay the lion’s share of blame at the pathetic and woke education system we have.

They're flooding the segment with technicalities to get you on. They've revoked hundreds of FFLs recently on minor typos that they used to issue warnings for or ignore. That essentially kills a gun shop.
