I have been saying this for years. When the DOJ, CIA, FBI, media, and all of the DC swamp are working together then elections will not change any of this. You can't elect yourself out of this corruption. It has to be completely turned around and the only way to do that is by force. The scariest part is how weak it will make our nation and once that happens outside forces like China and Russia will swoop in and cause the next world war. This is why the DC swampy elitist have paid off other nations so when we fall as a country it wont effect them.

No, it wasn't a full-blast Martial Law, but it *was* a substantial lock down. Few complained AND EVERYONE COMPLIED.
This is a toughie to call. Even if there are "330M of the most heavily armed civilians on the planet, they are divided & disorganized and blinded. (meanwhile, the Evil Empire has full tech monitoring and weaponry in the holster. BUT they won't be able to account for the "White Hat" foxes in their henhouse.)

Without a leader or leaders to rally around, it would be a mistake to form some ad hoc rebellion. The governors of conservative states need to be leading the charge (figuratively and literally) against the banana republic of the United States. If not, then Guantamo Bay will just get more occupancy, and "The People" will live under even tighter restrictions to their liberty.

The National Guard will play hell just controlling the burning/looting of cities and trying to maintain water and electricity to a highly vulnerable infrastructure system which would be the first target of any counter revolutionary reaction. Any martial law will be enforced by the National Guard. Regular military can't be used domestically.

Semantics?
It's like arguing which law enforcement officer, the city police or the sheriff's Deputy, has jurisdiction to put their boot on your neck when you're being arrested by both at the same time.
National Guard or Army? Which one can legally enforce Martial law? Who cares about semantics at that point? The boot is on your neck.
