my point was that people at sentencing get to say their piece. nowadays it seems it's all negotiations but I imagined the pleading you ask about as if the parties were all on trial together.
for all I know the whole thing will be negotiated pre trial with pleading to lesser charges.
I just like the idea of a courtroom confession.

They should of been prepared, and ready to fight it.
Hell, even Rush Limbaugh knew the fix was in, he said the dems lawyers had filed 200+ lawsuits in every swing state to be ready. Trump and his team did NOTHING with the info, and did not get people in those states ready for the fraud.

Here we are two years later with no indictments, no recounts, no reversals, no whistle blowers...... Just BS accusations and conspiracy theories. Either prove it or STFU.
Trump will never win if he runs again. He initiated the COVID lockdowns and did NOTHING when states started steamrolling civil liberties. He produced Operation Warp speed and the vaccines. And, he will have to defend his stolen election BS.
