Naw man, Bunk’s just a voice of reason in an otherwise progressive/populist/neocon echo chamber. That’s the story. He was simply holding Trump to account. Well, that was first this morning, then he changed it to he was merely sharing what the crazy left media “was on about” and “didn’t trust the author” of the article. But Bunk being Bunk, he segued back into voice of reason holding to account blah blah blah. I shite you not. I won’t waste time looking, but it was there in black and white, although I wouldn’t put it past him to have gone back and washed all that embarrassment away. It really sorta depends whether his co-dependents are in thread so they can validate one another. If they’re not, he’s more submissive to slightly more reasonable thought. It’s very fleeting though.

They have convinced themselves that taking out drug runners is the Gulf of Tonkin meets Iraq. It’s the panicky moist panties contingent of isolationism. Any legitimate projection of US power and prestige is met with panic and doomsday proclamations. It’s the pendulum swinging too far in the other direction- they have convinced themselves that only COMPLETE withdrawal from the world is acceptable. There is only HIDE or IRAQ- nothing in between.
