Some may say Warren Buffett, right? Lets see how he stacks up with the investing powerhouse that is Nancy Pelosi.
Pelosi sees returns of 949.9%.

William Seward made a pretty good investment for the country in 1867, when he bought 6 million square miles of Alaskan territory from Russia for $7 million dollars. Of course, leading newspaper critics, like the NY Times, panned his decision so much it became known as "Seward's Folly".

As great as Buffet is, other than a couple of spikes, he's just riding the S&P coaster almost exactly.
Pelosi, on the other hand, must be a genius.

It's almost as if she is the daughter of an actual gangster and shows a completely flagrant disrespect for the law.

Mansa Musa - the Mali king from Aftica - supposedly the richest man in world history.
Unfortunately, what he “invested” in was the sale of other human beings.

Before I even opened the thread, I knew the answer was Pelosi. Mirroring her investments has made a difference in my life.

I should do this too. Do you use a bot?

Henry Ford
Changed how supply lines ran, integrated business and suppliers, and became one of, if not the wealthiest, man in the world
I want to think he turned $25,000 from his initial investment into a 200 billion company.
I believe it is an 800,000,000% increase, so every penny turned into $80,000
His return is 3.1 million percent higher than the initial Apple investment.
That, to me, is mind-blowing.

When Mansa Musa left Egypt he single handedly deflated the value of gold in Egypt for a decade due to all of the gold he gave away.
Elon Musk has become wealthier than Musa, but I wouldn't count them. They were actually building things. Musa was stockpiling gold and Musk is changing the world technologically.
Pelosi is just trading on insider information. Not doing shite to accumulate her wealth.

I admire Bobby Bonilla.
In 1999 the New York Mets released an aging Bonilla, but still owed him $5.9 million for the remainder of his deal. Instead of paying the lump sum immediately, he opted for 8% on deferred payments to start in 2011. Every July 1st for 25 years Bobby Bonilla will get a check for just over $1.1 million. The total payout will be over $29.8 million.
Yes there are other investment strategies that would accumulate far more if he forced the payout and invested the money. However. Bobby Bonilla was a baseball player. He was an athlete, and there are countless stories of athletes who had more than enough money to live comfortably for life, but blew it all and are now broke. I think it was a wise decision, especially if you can be content making a million dollars a year just sitting in your recliner.

that's here husband's business - just think how he'd do if he knew how to keep a car on the street without running over something or getting caught up with a homosexual.

Sites like Smart Insider, Quiver Quantitative, and InsiderFinance aggregate and analyze congressional disclosures, letting you search by politician, stock, or sector. These platforms often highlight recent trades, show which lawmakers are most active, and even track the performance of stocks favored by Congress.

Interestingly enough, Egypt still has the records from the time of Mansa's travels. I watched a video not long ago with an Egyptian expert going through the records. He claims that the story of gold deflating came from one Arab author known for adding flair to his stories and that the actual records show no fluctuation of gold prices outside of the norm.
I can dig for the vid, but may take time.

Eh. No worries. Whether that part of it is true or not doesn't make much difference to me. The dude was extremely frickin wealthy.
