Who here was never once afraid at all whatsoever of COVID, even from Day 1?

I was never afraid of COVID, not even a tiny bit afraid.

March 2020 was supposed to be a great month for me - I had a ski trip to Vail, then was going to fly from Vail to Las Vegas to meet up with my cousin for March Madness, then fly to DFW to celebrate my 32nd birthday with my family.

I remember watching college basketball conference tournaments and how things went from 0 to 100 very quickly, and how on the reddit college basketball subreddit, all these supposed basketball fans were begging and demanding March Madness be cancelled. And if you didn't want the tournament cancelled, you were heavily downvoted and banned.

I still remember the quote directed at me on reddit that made me angry, which I still have saved:

But we just need to shut everything down for a couple weeks to flatten the curve. Everyone is going to get the virus at some point, the idea is to spread out the infections over time to not overwhelm hospitals and give the healthcare sectors enough time to build up capacity to handle the surges. Once that infrastructure is established we can go back to normal hopefully by the end of April."

Funny how these idiots lectured me 16 months ago about how everyone will get the virus, we just need to shut down for a couple weeks to buy time for the hospitals. These same idiots now probably lecture people about how we need to shut everything down, wear masks, vaccinate and social distance until COVID no longer exists in this galaxy.

Anyway, I knew from the get go COVID was bullshite. Working in TV news at the time I sat in production meetings and the focus was how to maximize the COVID fear mongering even in February. I remember having to stand with a crew at San Diego airport as we filmed a passenger arriving from overseas who was COVID positive and it was our lead story for 24 hours.

I knew from the get go it was a plot to remove Trump, defeat nationalist/America First/other movements that threatened multinational corporation profits, and help usher in a new world order. I knew I was right then and I am still right now. It was never anything to ever be afraid about. I never bought into the fear. I never social distanced, gave a shite, or wore masks unless forced to like on an airplane.

I have a lot of conservative friends who said they were afraid at first and were willing to lock down, wear masks, etc. because they didn't know what the virus was capable of. I was never afraid. I knew it was a scam from the onset.
