My feeling about Graves is that he is not a conservative but a neocon.... that is why I would never vote for him.

JBE and his people are really laughing their asses off at this thread.

Mike Johnson is young but seems very qualified as a republican nominee

Reposting again. frick the last post on a page.

This thread is absolutely pathetic and it's great fricking news for JBE to see conservatives in Louisiana still fighting each other over purity contests instead of being team players in getting rid of the political twin of Edwin Edwards in the governor's mansion.

We have a long way to go before conservatives in Louisiana can get on the same team.

And they need to be drowned out next year by pushing what really matters, the economy, job growth and cutting taxes.

They need to be held to account for sticking us with this tax and spend liberal that keeps opening new wounds in Louisiana's financial solvency.

For the next 16 months, every time you hear the words "Guns" or "abortion" or "God" or "morals" in relation to the governor's race, you need to repeat the quote you just made above.

The 2019 campaign needs to be 100 percent about financial issues and economic issues, and the things that affect that. That's it.

I've been impressed with what I've seen from him so far, but he is still very early on in his career. Time will vet him. If he keeps being a consistent conservative advocate, his time will come.

You must be my serial downvoter

don't flatter yourself

I started tuning you out after your common core foolishness. Then when you went full retard on tax increases I was pretty much done with you. But to say that Landry (who beat an 8 year incumbent from his own party) couldn't as easily dispatch a money whoring 1-term governor, was a bit comical

I'll just go back to ignoring you from now on
