Who are all these people getting tested for coronavirus?

This just feels off to me. They are reporting these skyrocketing numbers but I can't understand where they're coming from.
If you're vaccinated and aren't feeling sick, why would you ever get tested?
If you're unvaccinated and not feeling symptoms, why would you ever think to get tested?
If you're either and experiencing symptoms, there shouldn't be that much doubt that you're sick.
This feels like a situation of the reporting bodies pulling numbers out of their arse for their agenda.

My wife (no pics) was tested last week. She works in a place with lots of others and was sick (slight fever one day and congestion). She decided to go get tested. She has been vaccinated and was negative. She waited til 48hrs after fever and returned to work.

Yeah it's pretty shady, IMO. I know that if a single person for whatever reason has to take more than one test, and if each or more than one of the multiple tests are positive results, each positive test for the single person is added to the tally and regarded as individual cases. And I suspect there are other similarly suspect policies in place.

The same place Joe Biden’s midnight votes came from.

A nurse told me that they have some repeat customers who get tested every few days, some almost every day.
They’re almost all middle aged white women.

Testing has skyrocketed in the past week or two. People are scared and want to know if they have covid. It isn’t rational. But it is happening. Hospitals are dealing with it in ERs and urgent care clinics. People who have the slightest “off” feeling who would normally not even notice are now hyper-aware and going to get tested for the sniffles.

Is the government paying for these tests or should I expect my health insurance to go up a couple hundred bucks?

They said states that Trump won were having the biggest surges in cases. You know, because they don’t wear masks or get the vaccine. They don’t get tested either, so where are the positive tests coming from??? Lol

Florida man here.
The mass testing sites and vaccination sites have been shut down for quite some time. I wouldn’t even know where to get civid tested now. Yet, they’re claiming all these infections.
The only thing I’ve noticed is that the unvaxxed are more likely to wear a mask.
You still see crazy people driving along in their cars while masked.

Yeah it reminds me of the first wave. People were in a testing frenzy. I didn’t understand it then either. The fear-push agenda is working well. It looked like CNN did a whole documentary day Friday of terrible stories of those infected and in terrible condition. Many on location in ICU rooms. Insane.
I think it will take a few more weeks for the sheeple to start getting tired of these same old stories and maybe releasing some fear.

I am vaccinated and got tested because I had fever and felt bad. Tested positive, but symptoms were mild and quarantined from work for the recommended time.

I don’t know, but if they’re testing their kids needlessly, I wish they could identify themselves before school starts, I don’t want my kids quarantining because they sat next to a child who gets taken through the CVS drive thru for testing two times a week by mama Karen.

Testing positive is a convenient way to take a 2 week paid vacation from work in many jobs, probably

And what exactly is the test doing ? If you are not sick going to places that may be frequented by sick people would increase risk ? It doesn’t prevent getting sick if you’re not already and if you are sick then obviously not sick badly because you’re out in public getting tested.

Was in Florida last week and saw mobile testing setups around Orlando. Tons of Hispanics lined up for testing.
My wife’s uncle (80+) fell at his assisted living place, and because he had a fever, they tested him and it was positive.
Three of us in this house have the sniffles. Makes me wonder…

I was in a Habitat for Humanity ReStore yesterday and there was a table set up for free Covid testing ... WTF? Inviting those who think they may have Covid into a public setting to potentially infect those who are not infected? Makes no sense if you’re trying to “prevent the spread”.

I was just tested. Stuffy nose, shortness of breath, chest pains, and cough. No fever but the doctor recommended I get tested. I was negative so he put me on an antibiotic for sinusitis.
