Best mayor of that bunch is Nagin, who presides over the city flooding and had people stranded in the dome due to his own incompetence.

I disagree. Individual land ownership is one of the founding principles of this country. The most functional communities have the highest levels of land ownership. Enabling large groups of people to never seek that out is a detriment to society. Encourage those that want to get out to get out. Break that shite up. If taxpayers are paying their rent anyway, give it to the inhabitants instead of some slum lord in the form of mortgage assistance.

Last year I went to New Orleans and I was sexually assaulted by 4 black women and a guy standing 10 ft. From me was stabbed in the arm. Ain't going back.

This is exactly why this board is a laughing stock. And it’s honestly why conservatives don’t get much done. I’m honestly laughing at being called a communist. Pointing out things that are actually happening in the real world doesn’t make us enemies. These are problems that need solutions.
Or you could just continue to operate with your fingers in your ears and ignore that these decaying communities are actually deciding elections and point to something that happened hundreds of years ago to avoid coming up with solutions to today’s problems…gee that sounds familiar
