I don't watch tv but I've noticed when these internet ads pop-up on YouTube and elsewhere it's almost all black faces and black voices. When whites do show up they are in a subordinate position to a black person. Bye bye Whitie.

Hispanics are never tokened as much as black people either.

I guess the need to make your products attractive to looters is very important!

If you took someone with no knowledge of American culture or demographics, let them watch a couple of days of American TV, then had them estimate the AA proportion of the US population, they would answer >50%.

I've mostly noticed that couples are almost never the same race. There might be a white person, but they are always coupled with not-whitey.

Well we don't buy much stuff since we are only about 60% of the pop and control likely 80% (or more) of the wealth.

I think you're sort of seeing extremes.

The only thing I notice is more black people and mixed couples. Theres really nothing unusual about commercials after that.

Most of marketing in the modern era is about avoiding crossing any social issues. Stay out of the limelight but also appeal to your customer base.

It has to be a really difficult job in today's world.
