They should set up a delipidated tent outside where CNN, MSNBC and Politico stand outside in the weather. They can watch the ballroom being built and wait for someone to bring them a copy of the press conference afterward.

I’d get a shitty construction office trailer and put them in there with remote access. I’d put it in the most dangerous part of DC. I would not provide AC or heat or bathrooms.

Yes, it’s a ridiculous argument. There are thousands of media outlets in the United States. They can’t all have White House access.
Legally, CNN has no more right to White House access than the Hammond Daily Star.

The job of a news agency it’s to vet the information and make absolutely sure it is correct.
Most of the major news agencies fail to do that and MSNBC is the worst but CNN is not far behind.
