I hope an inmate with nothing to lose kills that dirt bag illegal alien the same way he murdered that poor mother.

he was. he was also granted legal protection from a deportation by a judge. was married to an us citizen, had a son, worked a good job. that part gets ignored a lot

THIS IS NOT TRUE!

If Mexico gave us permission to ship him there, it would have been completely legal

An immigration judge later that year granted him legal protection from deportation on the grounds that he might be at risk of persecution from local gangs in his home country.

The 29-year-old had been living with his wife and child under this protected legal status in Maryland until he was deported.

So by your logic, a Nazi, who was part of an organization that eradicated millions of Jews through gas chambers and torture, but now wants to live a happy care free life in America is free to do so without consequences. I don’t think so. Your side of the fence just gets shittier with every passing day and you are digging your own hole. Two orders of deportation prior, illegally in the country, domestic violence and affiliation with a known terrorist organization bought him his one-way ticket outta here. I don’t give a shite if he was handing out flowers on the corner singing Kumbaya. He doesn’t get a pass.

Incomplete reporting.

He could have been deported anywhere besides ES, with no pushback.

Try not to get USA news from BBC... Those tards only just now figured out what a woman is.

The new Democrat party is a disgusting bunch. They celebrate this type of stuff and try to convince you it only happens to bad people. Absolute trash.

Why not send him to his home country? Make him Mexico or Brazil’s problem?

El Salvador appears to be happy to incarcerate these criminals. Deporting illegals is what the American people want and our laws state.

A woman that filed two separate protection orders. Also both petitions mention assault. Let’s keep him here to brutalize woman. Grand idea.

why didn't you address the part about sending him to cecot?
also, why deport a guy who had a judicial order preventing sending him to el salvador? tons of other actual criminal illegals to choose from
and are you under the impression that everyone on those planes was from el salvador? because that's incorrect, so we seem to not have a problem sending illegals to countries other than their own

Things changed.

Namely, MS13 was declared a FTO- negating any 'protection' he had, considering the government contends- and has contended since 2019- he is a member.

Next question?

No one else is confused about the planes' inhabitants.

You wanna know why other nationalities were shipped to CECOT?

Gang membership. That's why. And the same damned reason Hombre got shipped there, too.
