Wait? You think this is bad for Trump?
quote:

The White House turned over records this fall to special counsel Robert Mueller

Trump released them, because
quote:

The records reflected concerns that McGahn, the White House counsel

Trump doesn't have to turn over privileged info

So if Trump did, its a winner for him. Flynn lied, they knew. Fired his arse for it. And then fired Comey for incompetence. Not because of Flynn investigation

Well, except for that whole paper trail thingy that got turned over to the SC. They knew Flynn had lied, and weren't happy with him. So didn't matter what Comey was investigating

Yes, if a bigger crime was committed, however, if he was lying and the underlying investigation is proved to have not been a crime, then it's a b.s. charge.

Ever dealt with the FBI? They are allowed to lie to you. Hell, they are allowed to charge you with lying even if it is a misremembering and you go back before the indictments and try to correct the record....like they did with Libby

The only way they got Flynn is that someone , probably Kushner, told them that they did meet with the Russian Ambassador and someone from the foreign ministry. None of which are necessarily against the law especially if it was done post election during the transition ....ergo, it's not collusion

That dude is b.s artist and a name dropper who was selling something to Trump that the campaign did not buy nor believed he was capable of affecting on his best day. He's a 30 year old wannabe.

Manafort

The more I read the indictments against him and Gates, and look up case law, the more I'm thinking that Mueller was reaching by trying to use a really broad brush in all of this. The money he made he reported....they could make the overseas bank accounts a problem for him, but then Mueller and every US Attorney would then have to go after each and every American who has bank accounts overseas where they keep money that they have not repatriated.

At best they got Manafort on income tax evasion.....maybe

You are an emoji posting clown.

You clearly missed Flynn's statement and the embarrassing retraction by ABC news on the collusion angle. But its ok. Keep believing in the Russia fantasy. You cant even be honest about your political leanings, so the bar for you here is pretty low.

Comey's contemporaneous memo and testimony to Congress was that he considered Trump's words a directive. Comey also says that he had a number of contemporaneous conversations with other FBI brass about his conversations with the President.

Don't sweat this, Gator. Mueller will have talked to everyone he needs to.

You seem angry that I posted a fact, but if you can show me where Flynn is not a cooperating witness, I'll log out. If you can't, then maybe you need to.

He's cooperating with the SC just like everyone involved is, dumbshit.

You are so gay for #muhRussia that you've read this as him turning state's witness against Trump. In exchange for what? He's already plead guilty.

Wait..... was this on those Comey tapes? I must have missed it.

Sometimes I like reading through the old gotcha threads.

But Kickadawgitfeelsgood said people close to and in the White House were going to jail. I just want to know who he was talking about.
