Write it out in crayon if you want Trumpkins to be able to connect the dots.

Lots of people close to and in the White House are going to jail.

"Probably"?

That's some ironclad wording there. He is surely done for.

Lol. Flynn failed to disclose legal and appropriate meetings with Sergey Kislyak. That's what Mueller has on him. That's what he plead guilty to.

Its going to be another rough year for you.

Could be.

But the Flynn plea mentions discussions with an unnamed senior official that's probably Kushner. Mueller's job is to figure out if Kush or perhaps even Trump himself directed Flynn to lie. As KiwiHead's post brings up above, why did Flynn lie?

The amount of lying in this case is what's remarkable. Lying to the press. Failing to disclose foreign contacts. Lying to Congress. Lying to the FBI.

Why all the lying?

Right. If McGahn conveyed his concerns to Trump, it speaks to Trump's potential state of mind when he asks Comey for a loyalty pledge and says “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, letting Flynn go. He is a good guy.”

It remains hilarious that Trump tweeted after Flynn's plea, "It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful. There was nothing to hide!" and then Dowd took the blame for the tweet. And yet Dowd continues to work for Trump. Hmmm...

Clearly. Yates told McGahn about Flynn lying on the 24th. He "researches" then talks again with Yates on the morning of the 25th. About 15 minutes later Trump is calling Comey to invite him to dinner. But he tells Comey to leave the wife behind since there won't be any room for her. Of course the dinner is just the two of them where Trump tries to pressure Comey into a loyalty pledge.

I like how the Trumpkins are forgetting all of the dates all of a sudden.

Nice of them to visit Hillary, Comey, and the gang. I hear jail can get lonely.

So they identified the problem in January and fired him in February.

Yeah. You got him now.
I'm not after him. Trump's DOJ is.

This entire investigation is an absolute and utter joke. Rather than face the facts of a horrible candidacy and campaign, a rear guard action attempts to hinder the Presidency of Donald J Trump. I cannot stand the guy and I can see it clear as day. Just pathetic.

But yeah, keep pursuing those Logan Act violations

You think Mueller flipped Flynn with a single count of lying to the FBI? Come on man

If you knew ANYTHING about prosecution, you would know that the number one goal of any prosecutor is to get someone to flip while also charging them with what you they trying to charge others.

I don't understand how Trump's own DOJ appointing the SC can be considered a rear guard action. I think you're angry at the wrong people. I'm sure you'll blame everyone else, but that's the bottom line. A republican Trump appointee appointed a republican SC, because the republican AG lied and took himself out of the game.

Juice ain't pursuing anything. Juice is observing and commenting.

Flynn's term is "agreement to cooperate".
