You can lower the price of gas easily by suspending the tax on gas.

Easy.

For every $100 they give you in rebates, they add another $400 in future tax burden. And that burden applies whether you qualify for the rebate or not.

On top of that don’t forget the administrative costs. If they were sending gas cards, how much setup and processing fees would be needed and then be given to a big bank as a big favor.

Like I said in an earlier post, just direct deposit it to me via the IRS skip the bull EBT gas cards.

I know this sounds silly, but how soon are from bringing back gas rationing and telling people with plates ending in A-M or an odd number you can fill up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. People with N-Z and even numbered plates can buy gas on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Sundays open to any one.

What an idiot! Hes so economically naive that he thinks hes NOT popping up oil and gas if this happens... Just like his sanctions crippled Russia
