Same basic premise - they are choosing travel and other bullshite over children.
Having or not having children isn’t an economical choice for most, it’s about a lifestyle. People who choose to not have kids are generally self-centered.

I read something interesting about birth rates and carseat regulations and laws recently.
Kids are in much larger carseats and for much longer time these days... people either are limited to two children or have to get a very expensive vehicle to have three or more.
Supposedly this has some effect on how many children a family is willing to have.

No. Having multiple kids = less self centered not more.
