I don't know. He is 5 years through his 8 total and not much of his stated agenda has been accomplished (the Republican Congress is limp-dicked).
He is great when he does things unilaterally like with Maduro.

The South seceded before Lincoln was in office. Lincoln chose war, and not to free the slaves, or are you that naive?
The States preexisted the Constitution and the USA. No State forfeited their sovereignty to establish a central government.
