I think it's a terrible precedent. It's a bad look for Trump.

Hard to blame him, but it's a bad look.

My personal feelings on it are that maybe I now realize why we get these shitty African American female mayors in big cities. They don't care if she steals. They don't care if she does nothing for the people of the city. Hell, they don't even care if she makes literally everything worse. The bottom line is that they've finally "made it". One of theirs is in on the grift and they get pleasure from all the stupid crackers crying about it.

It's the same here in some ways. Yeah, it's shitty. But "my guy" is getting in on the bullshite now. And I love seeing democrats cry about it.

I'm not proud to feel that way. But at least I'm honest.

Answer my question first.

Do settlements typically contain language that says basically “you can’t come after me again for this”?

Is it going to be lawfare when a future Congress opens investigations on how this happened?

Settlements can say all kinds of things.

But they are negotiated by parties with legitimate cases and controversies at arms length from one another.

This is not that.

In honor of Massie losing, here’s a beautiful version of Go Down Moses by the legendary Paul Robeson.

Of course, with you being a Massie assie, it might cause you to wretch.

Listen to these lyrics

My dude, at least the other guys try to be funny. Your shite is just so lame. Stop responding to me. Nobody cares what you have to say. I’d rather read 100 VoxDawg and RCD fan fiction posts than anything you have to say. I’d rather be stuck in an elevator with Karla for 3 hours than listen to you at all.

So your position it’s it’s not common practice to include a release from future claims as part of a settlement?

Double negative aside, it is common to release claims arising out of a defined incident or cause of action.

But again, this is done by two truly adverse parties negotiating a settlement at arm’s length.

You keep avoiding that last part.

Frivolous lawsuit activity will not ever disappear but let's hope it settles down.

It’s a strong competition between pedo Joe and killary. Pedo would do anything for money for his family and to protect his pedo ring. Killary was more into power, an extremely evil power.

Yes but "this" isn't as widely-defined as the language in this one. #2 is particularly overbroad
