re: When does the nation start talking about solutions?

1) Crossing the street when you see a black man on the same side of it / business owners trailing black customers in stores
Are any laws being broken? This is a moral issue not something that can be legislated. Once again when 50% of violent crime is done by less than 6% of the population some people will unfortunately cross the street.

2) Police officers stopping black-driven vehicles with inoperable taillights, and not stopping white-driven vehicles with the same.
Proves this happened. I guess when I got pulled over last year for this I should have to,d the cop...but I am not black?

I'm not sure your numbers are exactly right but they are no doubt close. I personally believe there is a high correlation between poverty and crime, and black race has a much higher percentage of themselves who are poor.
This we can 100% agree with. The issue isn’t one of melanin but rather pocket book. How many well off individuals, white, black, Hispanic or Asian, do you see getting in situations where an LEO has to decide to draw a weapon?

That is systemic racism.
No, that is common sense. I spent 8 years as an infantry Officer. Can you tell me when my a-hole puckered more at a checkpoint operation; when an Arabic male approached or when a female in a hibjab approached? Now I am a very large strong man, I won’t cross the street in downtown Memphis but do I blame a soy boy or my wife. Not one bit. Nor do I blame somebody for crossing the street when the see my bald huge frame body walking down the street with a tank top on (yes I have been told on numerous occasions that people are scared of me until they get to know me).

For the last time, what do you mean???

Solutions that actually both reduce crime and reduce systemic racism?
There are 3 options, as I see it, to reduce crime.
1. Eliminate the draw to crime by changing the pre-destined criminal into a content, successful member of society.
2. Make penalties of crime more harsh and/or enforce them without regard.
3. Reduce crime by reducing the amount of actions that constitute a crime. IE loosening laws.
#1 makes you a racist because it's racist to point out certain demographics are responsible for much more crime than others when trying to ascertain a starting point for who exactly should be targeted for the "make you a success" plan.
#2 makes you a racist because you end up enforcing laws on certain demographics more often than others. And then people burn shite down.
#3 is the only one that accomplishes both a reduction in crime and a reduction in "systemic racism." Looser laws. Less enforcement. And that's exactly why the morons are calling for it. They overlook the added bonus of rampant anarchy and lack of general safety.. but whatever.
Obviously #1 is the rational answer. But it's arguably the most "racist."

Seems like if they are willing use something so urgent as a wedge rather than act on it when there is real national support from both parties then they don’t truly believe it exists either. We are being told police reform would save lives after all.

Those are examples of systemic racism.
Correct.
When individuals in positions of authority use that authority to promote racism, that is also systemic racism.

This is the only viable option but it would require personal accountability and for a certain demographic to be introspective. Which the liberal democrats would never allow since they could not use it for votes (ref: the criminal justice reform bill Tim Scott tried to forward but the Dems stopped).

Actually incorrect in the fact that you need to reference the system. There are no systems currently in place in the USA that hold the black population down. In fact a good example of systemic racism is Affirmative Action, where preference is establish via skin color.

It can be if tolerated by voters or those who are responsible.
But you will never stop isolated racist acts. But what’s going on now isn’t systemic.

Ah I got ya now, they dont really want a solution this is a means to an end progressing to a totalitarian state. It's why we dont hear anything about black on black violence.
BLM protesting police violence is like worrying about a flat tire when you dont have an engine.

This right here is why we can't have nice things. Had you said "think" I'd have agreed. Not that I think that, but I'd agree most Americans THINK we do. Your issue is that you state it as a fact...an undebateable truth that can only be denied by someone who is trying to hide their own bigotry.
That kind of language is traight out of Critical Race theory. I'm sorry, but no...you're gonna have to show your work here. You need to list these issues, explicitly and then we can discuss whether or not they exist. You don't get to assert, without evidence, the terms under which we begin the discussion.
