What’s your solution to fix the corruption and rot in DC?

I would start with congressional term limits and strict lobby reform but I’m not sure if that’s even enough at this point. The reason I don’t think the aforementioned is enough is because of the entrenched bureaucrats that seem to be modern day “Untouchables.” Unfortunately most of these “Untouchables” are not aligned with the America First movement so that makes them an impediment to securing the future of America as the founders intended.
No, I think the only solution at this point would be akin to wiping a chessboard clean just after you came back into the room and found your cheating opponent had been moving the pieces around.

At this late point, there’s only one option.
Round up all the leftist pieces of trash and all of those who enabled them and hang them in public.
Replace them with patriots.
Anything less than that, exactly, will not fix the corruption. It will only let it fester, longer.

All it would take is an outsider like Trump who knows going in, trust no one. Replace all agency leaders with local officials, (like a small county sheriffs as the head of the FBI) with the directive to clean out the corrupt bureaucracy. Removing the old bureaucracy would have to be your only goal for your 4 year term, and you can’t be concerned about reelection.

Somehow we need to go back to state based system. Wilson and Teddy Roosevelt started it, and FDR really ran with it. Dissolve the FBI and DOJ, and come up with a solution where each state sends officers on 4 year terms to serve in a federal oversight role. States should have their right to defend themselves as well with their own military.
